Labor - Management Relations

Potter Anderson & Corroon’s Labor and Employment attorneys represent public and private employers dealing with unionized workforces, and appear regularly before the National Labor Relations Board and the Delaware Public Employees Relations Board.  Our experience includes substantial work with clients in union avoidance methods, including both counseling and supervisor training, as well as within union organizing campaigns.  In addition, our Labor and Employment attorneys frequently serve in lead negotiation roles for clients engaged in collective bargaining.  On a regular basis, we successfully assist clients confronting threats of mass picketing at their facilities or events.
