On May 23, 2007, W. Harding Drane, Jr. presented an update on Delaware case law to the Environmental Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association. His presentation addressed recent decisions relating to the Coastal Zone Act, subaqueous lands, CERCLA, environmental torts, bankruptcy, historic preservation, wetlands and septic systems.
