Harold Salmons Named Head of Public Finance Practice

WILMINGTON, Del. – Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP is pleased to announce that partner Harold I. Salmons, III has been named the head of the firm’s Public Finance Practice.

Mr. Salmons is a partner at the firm and practices principally in the areas of public finance, commercial real estate, commercial law, private financings and merger and acquisition transactions.  He has practiced in the area of public finance law for more than 20 years.  Potter Anderson, through its Public Finance Practice, has served as bond counsel or underwriter’s counsel on transactions for a number of state and county governments and authorities in Delaware, and the major municipalities in the state, and as bond counsel on financings for all of the state’s hospitals.  Other clients include the state’s major universities and various private secondary schools on their financing matters, as well as many nursing homes and other non-profit organizations.
