Mr. Skouvakis is an associate in the firm's Business practice group and practices in the areas of alternative entities and general business.  His practice focuses primarily on organizational and operational issues relating to the utilization of alternative entities (limited liability companies, statutory trusts, partnerships, and special purpose corporations) in all types of business and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securitizations, structured finance, investment and hedge funds, and financing transactions involving special purpose bankruptcy-remote vehicles.  Mr. Skouvakis is fluent in Greek.

Representative Matters

Mr. Skouvakis has recently been involved in structuring a number of life insurance premium financing transactions, as well as advising as to matters of Delaware law for a number of trust preferred security issuances.  Mr. Skouvakis regularly advises corporate trustees in sophisticated financing transactions.
