Ms. Brown-Edwards is a partner in the Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Group and concentrates her practice on corporate reorganization. She has significant experience representing Chapter 11 debtors and debtors-in-possession and also focuses her attention on the protection of creditors' rights, including the representations of creditors' committees, second lien holders' committees, lenders, landlords, equipment and aircraft lessors, and trade creditors, among others.

Before joining Potter Anderson, Ms. Brown-Edwards was associated with the Delaware office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and the New York office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
