Mr. Moore practices in the firm’s Litigation practice group, primarily in the area of general commercial litigation in the state and federal courts.

Mr. Moore concentrates his practice in several areas including intellectual property litigation, products liability defense, utility and railroad representation, and real estate litigation.  Mr. Moore's experience also includes representing corporate clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
